Upon trying to play content which contains a guidance warning, if the user has previously set a parental control pin they will be asked for it. If they can't remember it they should follow these steps. Screenshots provided.
Desktop:
- Click on Forgotten Pin
- Click the Email Me My Pin button
- An email will be sent to the email that was provided when setting up the parental control
